v 9. After this I saw a vast crowd, too great to count, from every nation and tribe and people and language, standing in front of the throne and before the Lamb. They were clothed in white robes and held palm branches in their hands. And they were shouting with a great roar,
“Salvation comes from our God who sits on the throne and from the Lamb!”
Let’s finish the series on a different note.
David is rightly seen as the forerunner of the King-Messiah, Jesus. For a brief time David brought together the diverse tribes of the Hebrew people and ruled over them as their one King. The time is coming when a mighty army, from every nation under the sun, will be united under the Lordship of our King Jesus.
For the Lamb on the thronewill be their Shepherd.
He will lead them to springs of life-giving water.
And God will wipe every tear from their eyes.”
An eternal and joyful Kingdom, ruled by King Jesus, is
God’s plan for his faithful people. And you will be part of it!
