Phil has formally been a member of Upper Beeding Baptist Church over 20 years, but has been part of the church since the age of three. Being part of a wider church family has always been integral to his life, and he made his own commitment to follow Jesus in his late teens. Children's work is a passion of Phil's and he has been involved in that field for much of the past 30 years. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, going for long country walks, travelling to Scotland, and pottering in his workshop. Phil is married to Cristina.
